Solidarity Ride with the Papilio Association – April 26
Next Saturday, April 26, the Bezmiliana Cycling Club is organizing a very special ride. This time, the goal goes beyond sport, beyond the physical challenge. This time, our rides become an act of solidarity, a way to support and highlight the work of those who fight every day to transform difficult realities.
We are joining forces with the Papilio Spain Association, an organization that works with women in situations of sexual exploitation, offering them support, resources, and guidance to escape situations of violence, trafficking, and modern slavery. This work is as courageous as it is necessary, and deserves our full attention and support.
To this end, we have prepared a 51-kilometer Solidarity Ride, with a cumulative elevation gain of 500 meters, open to anyone who wants to participate and contribute their efforts to this cause. The start will be from the La Biznaga roundabout in Torre de Benagalbón at 9:00 a.m., and as always, we will have the good atmosphere that characterizes our social outings, as well as solid and liquid refreshment points at the top of the route.
This initiative would not be possible without the collaboration of our friends at Distribución Ventorrillo and SportDirect Radio, who have joined the cause with enthusiasm and commitment.
We would like to invite all of our followers, whether members or not, to join this route. It's an opportunity to pedal for something bigger, to bring visibility to a reality that often remains hidden, and, above all, to show that sport can also be a tool for social change.
If you'd like to participate, you can RSVP by contacting us on our social media or by emailing clubciclistabezmiliana@gmail.com.
Because every kilometer can make a difference. Because cycling can also be an act of solidarity. We pedal for them.
We look forward to seeing you on April 26th!
